Weekend Schedule

Here is the proposed schedule for WCIV.  This should help with travel planning for the weekend.

Our goal is for all events to be completed by 6:30PM on Sunday so you can plan your travel accordingly.  In the weeks preceding the event, any updates to times will be reflected here, although we will still target a conclusion by that time.

    Friday – July 28, 2023

    5:00 PM – 9:00 PM: All Competitor Check-In (Location TBD)

    Saturday – July 29, 2023

    All listed times are “Course Arrival” time.  Please plan your day accordingly to allow ample time for parking and arriving at course check-in.  Actual schedule will adjust as we get closer to the event dates.

    7U Check-In Time -8:00 AM
    9U Check-In Time -11:30 AM
    11U Check-In Time – 4:00 PM

    Sunday – July 30, 2023

    Masters Check-In Time – 8:00 AM
    13U Check-In Time – 10:30 AM
    Adult Check-In Time – 1:30 PM
    Top Flight Check-In Time – 4:30 PM
